We carefully choose our ingredients and try to use local and domestic products for safe sweets.
We won with our ‘Mori no zukotto’ (zuccotto) at the ‘Kome Ichi Grand Prix 2011’. This product uses local Unnan city eggs and Kisuki milk and rice flour.
