Description

We won in the ‘Kome Ichi Grand Prix 2012’ in which contestants compete making dishes and sweets using local rice.
We entered our ‘Sweet potato cream puff’ which we used Shimane ‘Nita rice’ to make and won in the Sweets department.
We used Naruto kintoki in our custard cream. We wholeheartedly make our crunchy cream puffs with lots of cream inside.
